I started my career in 1989 in Detroit as a stand-up comedian and have since worked
as a commercial and voiceover actor, morning radio show co-host, and television personality and freelance reporter. My first children's book, The Fairy
Painting, was published in 2005 by Mackinac Island Press. I am currently writing essays and articles and a "project book" and working as the fill-in
traffic and weather reporter on WWJ TV (CBS).
